Bio

By profession I am a teacher of children. I quickly discovered that I didn't have to be teaching but I did enjoy my days best when I was with children and their parents.

After a long illness that I chose to let heal naturally I was overjoyed to discover my bodies ability to heal itself. This happened during a stressful, unhappy time in my life and it was the first time I'd ever linked emotions with illness. Once I'd made this discovery-Emotional Freedom Technique was an astonishingly elegant, easy way to help me stay in excellent physical and emotional health.

As a teacher I couldn't keep this to myself and began to share it with the children and families I was already working with. The success stories were plentiful and heartwarming. I continue to marvel at this simple but effective way of coming back to peace, health and happiness.
