Betty is an EFT Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist with 10 years of EFT experience. She maintains a popular EFT newsletter group, The Rising Sun EFT Group, and is the author of Tapping Your Amazing Potential with EFT, a how-to manual combining EFT with hypnotherapy concepts for powerful results. She believes that the subconscious mind holds the keys to healing and change and skillfully guides EFT sessions to reach the roots of issues and create profound and lasting change.

In the early days of EFT, I was lucky enough to have some memorable experiences with EFT founder Gary Craig. I was personally trained in EFT by Gary in 2001 in a group of 12 people whom he invited to his home at The Sea Ranch, CA, for a week-long small-group training. And in 2003, I was a "demo" at the Borrowing Benefits workshop - you may know me from the DVD set!
